Every kid deserves to be a band kid.

Our Mission

Every kid deserves to be a band kid.
Every school deserves a band that
builds community.

The Scholastic Band Project gives band programs to private schools. We are committed to a safe, high-quality, and character-building environment where students discover the power of collaborative music-making.

The foundations of our program are borrowed from the foundations of music; three notes blending perfectly together, creating harmony and our three core values.

Fellowship

Band is where kids find their people. We build programs that feel like a second home within the school community.

Stewardship

We treat instruments, schools, and rehearsals with respect. Making music is a gift, and we show our gratitude by taking care of what we are given.

devotion

We teach students that showing up, practicing, and trying their best matters more than being ‘a natural,’ and we hold ourselves to that same standard as educators.

make music
make friends
make memories

We believe music is the heartbeat of a thriving campus. Through individual lessons, sectionals, and full band rehearsals, we create an environment where students grow together, support one another, and celebrate their progress on stage.

For developing players ready to advance their technique and musicianship on woodwinds, brass, and percussion through more challenging ensemble music. Students perform in winter and spring concerts, and are invited to a state-wide festival in the spring.

5th & 6th  Grade
Advanced Band
7th & 8th Grade

Where experienced musicians learn advanced ensemble skills and leadership. This group focuses on the complex nature of Band performance. Encouraging students to listen to themselves AND the musicians around them, we use great music to grow great people
